Dr. Morgan is a Clinical Psychologist licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina. She has received training in multiple disciplines and techniques and has experience in educational, private practice, and inpatient settings. Her background and understanding of military and first responder issues include being part of an extensive military and law enforcement family herself. While completing her doctoral studies, she worked as a substance abuse counselor with a hospital system and currently serves on staff at a hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Dr. Morgan’s clinical practice involves a variety of military and first responder psychological services including post-offer pre-employment psychological evaluations, post-traumatic stress disorder, and trauma, fitness for duty evaluations, EAP testing and counseling, psychotherapy and more. Dr. Morgan is an Associate Member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Her dedication to first responders and their families has included working with survivors during National Police Week, serving as a member of the Concerns of Police Survivors staff. Additionally, Dr. Morgan is a member of the American Psychological Association, the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, the Virginia Academy of Clinical Psychologists and the Association of Women Psychologists.
