Return Policies

NSA offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment (refund excludes shipping and handling fees). You can use this page to learn about our return policies. Most items sold on the NSA Store follow our general return policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them and those are listed under the specific product’s details page in the Store.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid or if the order was a gift, you will be issued a refund in the form of a refund check.
Requirements for a Full Refund
Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
Item cannot be customized

NSA Apparel
If you're not satisfied with any NSA Apparel item, simply return it to us at any time for a refund of its purchase price. This excludes sizing problems. Please check the Sizing Chart before purchase to ensure you are selecting the correct size.
Items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item. Watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Cancel Items or Orders
You can cancel items or orders that have not shipped by calling 800.424.7827.  If you ordered a customized item and your order has not shipped but is already in production, cancellation will not be possible.
