PEP Talk

Immigration enforcement has become a national problem, and now local officials, sheriffs in particular, are being painted as part of the problem.  However, federal policies and practices to notify sheriffs of who to hold, for how long, and under what legal authority are the crux of the issue.

NSA is requesting that every state association join in this effort and encourage your members to participate collaboratively, or individually, to talk about the security risks and costs to your community as a result of our incoherent federal immigration enforcement.
